Cut from whole, wild caught fillets frozen at sea, our crunchy, all-natural jalapeno cod is lightly fried in cornmeal seasoned with tumeric, onion, garlic and just enough jalapeno to give it a little heat.

Keep frozen until ready to use. Preheat oven to 425°F. Arrange frozen fish on crumpled aluminum foil or lightly greased baking sheet. Bake for about 30-35 minutes until crisp.

Tip: Cooking on crumbled aluminum foil will help prevent sticking. To check if the fish is cooked, flake the fish with a fork at the thickest part. Flesh should be opaque and flake easily.

Preheat oven to 450° F. Place frozen shrimp in a single layer on a baking sheet, leaving space between shrimp. Bake uncovered 8 minutes each side, or until coating is golden brown and crunchy. Turn shrimp over after 8 minutes of cooking.

Deep Fry: Place frozen shrimp separately in shortening or oil at 350° F for 2 to 3 minutes or until golden brown. Turn frequently. Drain and Serve.
