National Fish Targeting Retail Sector Expansion After Posting Record First Quarter Sales

National Fish & Seafood's recently appointed Director of Sales and Research and Development, Jim Faro, will continue to expand National's retail market reach after helping the company post record breaking sales in the first quarter.
Faro's strategy will take advantage of its latest listings with Alberton's and Safeway retailers. He said the company will refocus its seafood production offerings s into six unique categories - bagged shrimp, bagged fillets, breaded shrimp, breaded fish, specialty, and stuffed.
Part of the plan includes accessing new markets in Seattle, Washington, Ohio, New Jersey and Massachusetts Faro said. National's latest "Discover Matlaw's" marketing campaign and brand includes a a full lineup of restaurant-style seafood entrees now available in retail freezers. Offerings include Seafood Paella, to Southern Country Fried Breaded Shrimp, Salmon Burgers, Buffalo Popcorn Shrimp, and restaurant-style Jumbo Butterfly Popcorn Shrimp
